About me

A little intro

Welcome to A Stitch In Time Crochet!

Hi! I’m Becca, but most people call me Bec. I’m the crocheter, designer, teacher, and yarn collector behind A Stitch In Time Crochet.

I’m so happy you found your way here!

My Crochet Story

I learned to crochet when I was eight years old, and it has been a part of my life ever since. What started as a childhood hobby eventually became a creative outlet, a source of comfort, and a business that allows me to teach and encourage other crocheters.

I love taking stitches and patterns that might look complicated and breaking them down into simple, easy-to-follow steps. You don’t have to crochet perfectly to create something beautiful—you simply have to be willing to pick up your hook and try.

A Little About My Life

I live in Upstate New York with my husband, our four children, and our collection of animals. I’m a homeschooling mama, homesteader, animal lover, and lifelong maker.

Life around here is usually a mixture of children, yarn, chickens, chores, coffee, and several unfinished crochet projects! When I’m not crocheting, I enjoy reading, canning, Pilates, spending time with my animals, and dreaming up my next project.

I also love cats, tacos, bright colors, neon hair, cozy things, and finding humor in the everyday chaos of life.
